1. Auction Purchases

All auction bids are legally binding. Once an auction has ended and a bidder has won a lot, the transaction is considered final.

Unless required by applicable law, auction purchases are generally non-refundable and non-returnable.

2. Buyer Responsibility

Buyers are responsible for reviewing all photographs, descriptions, specifications, and available documentation before placing a bid.

3. Condition of Goods

Unless specifically stated otherwise, items are sold on an "As Is, Where Is" basis.

  • No guarantee of condition.

Cosmetic wear, missing accessories, or signs of use may be present.

4. Return Requests

5. Damaged Items
