Businesses can also register. In addition, company representatives may create accounts once they confirm they have permission to act on behalf of their organisation.

Once you log in, you can view live auctions, place bids, manage your account and shop through our eCommerce store.

How Our Auctions Work

• Browse current auctions and review detailed listings, photos and descriptions.
• Book a viewing at least 48 hours before the auction if you want to inspect items in person.
• Place your bid online through our secure auction platform.
• Our Three Minute Rule automatically extends the auction whenever someone places a bid during the final three minutes.
• The highest bidder wins when the auction ends, provided any reserve price requirements have been met.
• Pay the Hammer Price, Buyer Premium, VAT and delivery charges where applicable.

Important: All auction items are sold as seen. We provide descriptions and images for guidance only. Therefore, we strongly recommend inspecting items before placing a bid whenever possible.

How Our eCommerce Shop Works

Alternatively, if you prefer fixed-price shopping, our online store allows you to purchase products instantly without participating in an auction.

• Add products to your cart and complete checkout securely.
• Receive free standard delivery on orders over £30.
• Standard delivery costs £7.99 + VAT.
• Additional items cost just £3 + VAT each.
• Pallet delivery is available for larger products where required.

Once payment is complete, you will receive an order confirmation. After that, we will provide delivery information and tracking details whenever available.

Delivery & Collection

• We offer reliable delivery throughout mainland UK.
• Most orders arrive within a few working days.
• We provide tracking information whenever available.
• You can collect auction lots only when the listing specifically states collection is available.

Returns & Refunds

Shop Purchases

Most shop purchases qualify for returns within our 30-day return period, provided the items remain unused and in their original condition.

Auction Purchases

However, auction purchases generally cannot be returned simply because you changed your mind after bidding.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged, proves faulty or differs significantly from its description, your consumer rights remain protected under UK law.

Payments & Fees
